Description
There were a few of these in the WATERFUL series..it was filled with water and was clear and there was a button on the front that when pushed, would shoot air into the water creating a current which pushed colored rings onto spikes. The object was to get all the rings on the various spikes.

There was also a basketball-type game where the object was to get the ball into the basket.

They still had those at my dentist when I left for college...best waiting room toy ever!

I remember this toy being one of my presents every christmas until I turned 10. If you pushed the button too hard you would blow all the rings off the spike and have to start over again.

I remember my father-in-law having these and the kids just loved them. But try finding them now to buy and people look at you like you are speaking a foreign language!!!

I had a red one with a clear yellow Pac-Man sort of character.....his mouth opened with each press of the button. The goal was to get all of the colorful rings into his mouth. I LOOOVED that toy! My cousin had one that was wider than the one pictured; his had basketball hoops at each end, there were several basketballs floating in it. I scored a tic-tac-toe one at the thrift store today....excellent condition for only $2.98!!! I can't WAIT to put it on my desk at work!

Had waht seems to be a very rare one called Sometnin Fishy. Pusing the button caused a bladder in the fish to squeeze and the fish both sank and kicked its tail fin. Button wore out and would love to find a replacement. it was Incredible toy.

These toys were the best! I had about five different ones. The only two I remember are the basic ring-onto-the-pegs and another where you had to get different coloured balls into a hippos mouth. So much fun! No fun toys out there anymore.

We had three, one square shaped like the one pictured here with rings to be caught on two pegs. The other two were smaller and cylindrical, a yellow one with a dolphin or swordfish that caught rings on its nose and a green one with a crab that I think caught different color balls with its eyes.

I used to have the pink one with yellow kittens in it. I used it to get me through all my childhood injections! :) Desperately trying to find one again now, somehow i think mine got thrown out :(

RM, I had the kitten one too! It was one of the smaller waterfuls. The idea was to pump and hurl the kittens into their own little seats on a tiny ferris wheel. I loved mine too. I think my mom may still have mine, but don't feel too bad, mine is probably dry-rotted out from being in the attic for the last 21 yrs.

Had the big red one with rainbow rings. I loved it so much! I would play with it in the bath tub until the bath water went cold.

My sons had the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle basketball game and loved it. I still use it in my job as a school OT.

I've had my waterful ringtoss game for about 40 years. I wish O could find replacement plugs. Tomy would still probably make money if they remade them.
