The Trash Bags were a little bag that you could put in warm water and would dissolve to reveal a toy in it.

Trash bags fraggle rocked! I used to go ape scat over 'em. Double Bubble Boil and some Maniac Mutant Toy Trouble Son. Its that whoo whoo!
