My best friend had one when I was a kid and I always wanted one. I finally found one on ebay and hopefully it will be arriving soon so I can play! I can't wait to check out the elevator again! Yes I know I'm sad - I'm 36!

I had this toy when I was a child, and I have never forgotten it!!! It was dearly loved, but eventually went into the attic, where it was eaten by squirrels. A sad ending for an awesome toy.

I found this in my basement, near complete minus one bed and still had the original box. As I know this is a much sought after vintage toy, I decided to list it on eBay after my daughter played within it for 5 minutes and lost interest. :( I really liked it as a child, but as my child can't seem to enjoy it like I had, I much rather it go to someone like Vicki. Enjoy my dear!!

Wow, I was throwing out my old toys and came across this. i wondered what it was called. It was one of my faviourite toys when i was little. mines not in the best condition, as i have lost all of the figurines except the dog, and don't have the box anymore. also the paper walls & floors have wrinkled as well. i don't know if i should give it away or hold onto it. Any suggestions?

This was a SWEET toy. I sure wish I could find mine. Oddly enough, what I most enjoyed was the novelty of the conversion-- how it was this stately tree and then you hit the top and -VOILA!!--a complete casa!! So neat! It was as if they had Q working for 'em over at Kenner.

I had this toy back in 1975. I loved it! I remember going to the corner Pharmacy Store and my Dad asking me what I wanted and me choosing it. I loved it dearly and still remember it so well. I wish I had it for my kids to play with. My mother threw it out! InFreakinCredible! :(

I too, am 36, Vicki and I would LOVE to get my Family Treehouse BACK!! You just never know what toys to keep and what ones to pitch! Obviously, my mom thought my room was too messy and the treehouse was history back when I was 10!! HA HA!! I know I would play with it all the time if I had it now!! Wish I could find one!

I'm 30 and I used to have hours of fun playing with the Tree House until my Mum had a clear out and put it in the School Jumble Sale! The only thing left of it is the box which my dad uses to store his old football programmes in, haha!! I miss all those old toys, although I always thought the tree house was Fisher Price. I think it's a classic and it's about time this toy was back in the shops!

One of my ALL TIME favorite toys. I still have everything except for the tree itself. I think I busted the spring opening and closing it so much! I loved the little bush that was the dog's house.

I had this tree house back in The Netherlands, when I was about 4-5 years old, along with the light house and a little green park. My mom left it behind in the old house because she didn't have the room anymore. I miss it and as of now I have my eyes set on the Tree House on the internet. My husband thinks I'm crazy lol. I love that Tree House!

I used to play all the time with this toy... the stairs would never stay in place and the tree wouldn't always close but I had so much fun with that toy. I've seen some on ebay and I try to control myself and not buy it. I gave mine away when I was 14 or something, I hope another kid had a blast with it

I got this set as a gift for my very first birthday, so it is forever immortalized in my baby book:) I remember playing with it for YEARS! My mother gave most of it away, although I found the car, the dad, and the dog a few years ago. I put together a set off of eBay for my kids and they love it. Last weekend, I came across TWO of these (one in the box) at a garage sale. They also had the lighthouse set. I, of course, bought the whole lot:)

They actually still sell these in Europe (new). I was thinking of importing them and selling them in the US, the problem are the taxes (customs). I'm not sure it would be cost effective unless someone agrees to pay 200+ for them which seems a little excesive.. Although I might still do it, so check for them on ebay in a couple of months maybe :)

They sell it in France and England. It is made by a company named Vulli, it is called the Magic Klorofil tree house, is 40 euros plus shipping, some websites would ship to the US like produitsfrance.com is a new version, so much nocer, with sounds when you open the house. sheck it out.

I had this!!! I loved that you pressed something on the top to either close the treehouse or open it up. Wasn't the garage for the car in the tree trunk? I found the little boy doll with the blond hair and striped top when my mother was moving house, but no sign of the treehouse. Great memories!

I had this treehouse and loved it only to come home one day to find my brother had let an entire kingdom of snails move in and they had eaten the carpet and wallpaper and were all squished in the tree trunk lift dressers it was really awful! Horrible brother :)

I loved this treehouse when I was little, especially the lift! Played with it for ages. I'm going to ask my dad if we still have it in the loft for my little girl (and me) to play with.

I have a tree house and the only thing wrong with it is that the stairs are a broken a little but other than that it is totally fine, just a bit old. i was looking to sell it for a good price since i got it as a present quite a few years ago. Unfortunately, the highest price on eBay its selling for is $50 so i might wait a few more years and see how its selling.
