I had this and absolutely loved it! My brother and I would have timed competitions to see who could get the marble out fastest.

Oh man, so, my brother and I got this from Santa Claus early one Christmas morning before the sun came up. We drug our parents out of bed in the dark and found Tuba Ruba and strapped the tubes on the both of this and dropped the marble in. We started out having a good time but we couldnt get that damn marble through and after a few minutes our Christmas cheer decayed into a screaming/shoving/TubaRuba-breaking match. Then and there our parents sent us straight back to bed and decreed that from then on we couldn't get out of bed Christmas mornings until we could see the sun.

I used to have this game as a kid but I gave it away when I got "too old". Now I'm even older and I want it back! It's so much fun!

I never had this toy but always wondered (but never was interested in trying) if you could connect filter tubes from a swimming pool together and play it the same way. I remember the advertisement song. "Tuba Ruba, do the Ruba, everybody do the Ruba!"

I played this game with a friend in 4th game but never owned it. In college I found it for $2 in a flea market after looking for it for years. It has become the most requested game to play with the children I babysit. It's also funny to watch a few friends play after they have had a few drinks. LOL I still look for it anywhere I go cause I'd love to add tubes to it.

I got this for Christmas one year. I will never forget the sound of the marble going through the tubes :) Loved that game! They are on ebay, but around $40 a pop!!! I hate that I got rid of a lot of my old games when I got "too old" for them... I wish I had them back now...

We would always snake it through the banister on the staircase and shoot the marbles down it. We'd have all kinds of crazy set ups. I don't think we ever actually played the game as you are supposed to!

I still use this game every once in a while for corporate events just cuz it's so not pc. I bought a bunch of them to make massive lines of people or multiple teams. Once did 50 people at once in a 2 story house including the stairs. Truly. Stupid. Fun.

Had a couple of these & used them with my Girl Scout troop. Used them separately for team competition & together to promote teamwork.
