V-Tech Master Video Painter was one of my favourite toys... I used it so much the batteries ran out all the time! I wish I had cartridges for it...

I LOVED Video Painter when I was a kid. I broke mine I think because I played on it so much.

Oh, I had this one. I thought it was so high-tech!

I got this AMAZING toy back when I was 3 or so, and still have it. Oh, and it still works! It was probably one of the things that turned me into a computer freak. I remember that there was an introductory video thing that played every time you plugged it in. It would draw a brick wall and then a bunch of animals. Of the Video Painter's many features, one of the best was the ability to create your own stamps. I'd spend a whole hour creating a picture pixel by pixel, and then slapping it in the middle of some bizarre drawing I'd created. That was DEFINITELY the most fun toy ever created. Since then, I've graduated to a real drawing tablet that connects to my computer. I'll still miss the nostalgic feel of the oversized pen and bright colors though... :-)

This was definitely one of the coolest toys ever. I played with mine for hours on end.

My brother and I used to get into fist fights over who's turn it was to use this. I think that's a good indicater of how awesome a toy us was.

Seriously, I used to have a video painter and I loved it! I really want another and yes, I'm 24 lol!!

I Still have my video painter from when i was a kid and now my son plays with it.

I would draw on mine and record it on the VCR. I've got some good recorded memories.
