V-Tech Master Video Painter was one of my favourite toys... I used it so much the batteries ran out all the time! I wish I had cartridges for it...

I LOVED Video Painter when I was a kid. I broke mine I think because I played on it so much.

I got this AMAZING toy back when I was 3 or so, and still have it. Oh, and it still works! It was probably one of the things that turned me into a computer freak. I remember that there was an introductory video thing that played every time you plugged it in. It would draw a brick wall and then a bunch of animals. Of the Video Painter's many features, one of the best was the ability to create your own stamps. I'd spend a whole hour creating a picture pixel by pixel, and then slapping it in the middle of some bizarre drawing I'd created. That was DEFINITELY the most fun toy ever created. Since then, I've graduated to a real drawing tablet that connects to my computer. I'll still miss the nostalgic feel of the oversized pen and bright colors though... :-)

I used to have the Mickey's Video Painter. I got it for Christmas in 1993 when I was 6 years old. I LOVED that thing, even with the limited abilities, I would play with that thing for HOURS. I guess the next step after that was Disney's Magic Artist for the computer, which I purchased when I was 12 or so. Man I miss that thing.

My preschool had this and I remember as a five year old, I figured out a way to make a red brick wall pattern. I made that all the time!
