There was a tape with different sounds, like of someone brushing their teeth or flushing a toilet, and you would play the tape and everyone had a card with different pictures of what the sounds depicted on it and some little plastic chips, and when you heard a sound that was on your card, you'd cover it up with a chip until the card was filled. It was like bingo.

I have that game, it was produced by Discovery Toys (no longer available). Maybe you can get it on ebay. It was a favorite with my kids and now my grandkids.

We were just now playing it and the tape jammed so I'm going to try to repair it.
