Description
One of the many wrestling toys I remember. I didn't see them specificaly mentioned, however. I think they were based off of the WWF cartoon (Hulk Hogan's Rock'n'Wrestling???). They were small rubber wrestlers that came in 2-packs. I owned Hulk Hogan and Rowdy Roddy Piper. You stuck your thumb up into them, and thumbwrestled. Not something the actual Hulk Hogan or Rowdy Roddy Piper would've likely let you do to them.

Ha! My brother had Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant thumb wrestlers. Hours of fun.

I actually liked these better than the big wrestlers. You could make the thumb wrestlers do real moves, like a figure four. They were really sweet. The bendies were even better though.

I had a a few of these when I was a kid, and used to love 'em... My one uncle made some comment to me like "that guy's probably gritting his teeth like that 'cause he's got a giant thumb up his ass". I don't think I ever played with them again after that.

THIS is something that was a blast from the past. We played this in school along with 'pencil-pop' where you tried to break each others pencils using your own pencil!
