WOW! made the first Lazer Tag!
My parents probably went through 8 grand in batteries after these came out....Awesome toy!
I remember seeing these really outrageous high production ads for Lazer Tag during movie previews in the theater. I thought it was SO cool. I had a Lazer Tag knock-off. I think it was called Laser Combat.
oh man i remember this. Lazer Tag was like...the "ultimate toy" that i just NEVER did end up getting. my best friend had it - and i got to play at his house, but it was just...never quite the same...the commercial showed red lazer beams shooting out of the gun...you can imagine my disappointment!! hahaah
Both my brother and I got this for christmas one year. Made my parents get the vests and spent birthday money on the book. I loved this toy. Ended all those "I GOT YOU" - "DID NOT" arguments. Never got the white rifle version though.
I totally forgot about these! It turns out my friend had a set of these years back and we used to play it. This is the one that would make a loud noise if you got hit right? I remember getting really mad whenever it called me out as being hit. Fun nevertheless.
Whoa! I still have my Lazer Tag. Does anyone know if it's worth anything?
