"Don't You (Forget About Me)", Favorite Songs from Movies, Songs Beginning with J
Movies in the eighties had some of the best soundtracks, and the most memorable and popular songs at the time seem to have sometimes outshone the movies themselves. As I get time I'll add more songs to this list, feel free to send me your additions to the list. If you want, try and list which scene during the movie the song appears during. Oh, and the whole "Valley Girl" soundtrack get's an honorable mention since it's packed full of great eighties songs. I also rank and review other eighties soundtracks on my Soundtracks of the Eighties Page in case you are interested.

"Jessie's Girl" by Rick Springfield used in the movie 13 Going On 30
"Johnny B. Goode" by Michael J. Fox and Co. (originally by Chuck Berry) used in the movie Back to The Future
A great hit to celebrate the matchup of density (oops, I mean destiny) between George and Lorraine and to provide a lighter moment before the struggle to get Marty back to 1985 before it's too late. It's a real fun scene to sit back and bop my head to.
"Johnny B. Goode" by Mark Campbell and The Starlighters used in the movie Back To The Future
Michael J. Fox didn't really sing this in the movie or on the soundtrack.
"Jump" by Van Halen used in the movie Herbie:Fully Loaded
Song was played when Lindsay Lohan(best actress ever!!!) was saving Herbie from a demolition derby.
"JUMP (FOR MY LOVE)" by POINTER SISTERS used in the movie 13 Going on 30
"Jungle Love" by The Time used in the movie Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
Jay and Bob join the band on stage for the end of the movie, because they have modeled their whole lives after Morris Day and Jerome.
"Just An Illusion" by Imagination used in the movie F/X
"Just For A Moment" by David Foster used in the movie St. Elmo's Fire
This song says everything about friendship.
"Just For Fun" by Rick Derringer used in the movie Zapped
Great song!!! Played a couple parts of the movie, in particular the amusement park scene, and the baseball game!
"Just Once" by James Ingram used in the movie The Last American Virgin
saddest ending to any teen movie ever
"Just One Touch" by Phoebe Cates and Bill Wry used in the movie Private School
A band sang it lived while their are dancing at the begining of the movie and by the duo when they are in the beach a very sexy scene.
