I Liked It When I Saw It The First Time, Entries Beginning with X

This page is inspired by the comedy of David Spade. Yes, David Spade. During his stay on Saturday Night Live, he would occasionally put things down that seemed to copy things before them by saying something like "I liked 'Black Sheep' the first time I saw it, when it was called 'Tommy Boy'". So this is my attempt at ranking on the movies and television programs of the nineties (and present) by pointing out what they copied from the eighties. Since there always seems to be a lot or unoriginal ideas in Hollywood, this should be an easy page to fill up quickly.

I liked "X Box" when it was called Colecovision
I liked "The X Files" when it was called Quantum Leap
Had to throw another QL reference in there. My reason? Both are science-fiction, both involve partners solving a mystery (formerly Mulder and Scully, Sam and Al, sort of). Besids, I am a Quantum Leap fan who thinks my brother, an X Files, fan would enjoy it, and tells me I should see The X Files. I may have won him over!!!!
I liked "X-Box" when it was called Nintendo Entertainment System
I liked "X-Games" when it was called ABC Wide World Of Sports
I liked "X-men" when it was called Thundercats
I mean come on slightly different humans with special powers, fighting the bad guys and saving their planet, i see a slight resemblence
I liked "X: The Jamie Kennedy Experiment" when it was called Candid Camera
I liked "XBox " when it was called Sega Master System
I liked "The XFL" when it was called The USFL

What else can you think of that is ripped off from the 80s?
