This is a list of places that are in movies, but have a real life counterpart. Please try and be as specific as possible in describing where something is and when it appears in a movie. I don't want just city names where filming took place so much as I want landmark type buildings.

Filmed in Chicago, IL. A particular location in the movie is at the main Marshall Field's on State St.
Clark's visit to the piano bar where he meets up with Christy Brinkly was filmed at the MEXICAN STEAKHOUSE on Route 66 in Flagstaff, Arizona. It is currently a funeral home.
Clark Pulls into a Gas Station to buy the gun: Intersection of Santa Monica, & Ocean; in Santa Monica, CA. [The Gas Station, and Sporting Goods Store no longer stand on that intersection.]
Walley World is Six Flags Magic Mountain: 26101 Magic Mountain Parkway Valencia, California. 91355.
National Lampoons Vacation
The car dealership is now called "Star Ford" and is located on Brand Blvd. in Glendale CA.
the opening scene with sly stallone was shot at 52 station st roosevelt ave, woodside ny queenz. but the platform has different signs for some reason.
Tina was dragging her bloody body in the hallway of the first floor of the southeast wing of the main building of John Marshall High School, Los Angeles, California
Nancys House is located at 1428 Genesee Ave. in Hollywood, CA.
The Broiler room scenes were filmed at the old Lincoln Heights Jail, in Linclon Heights, CA.
The Factory they go to is located in Fontanna, CA. It is now the Fontanna Speedway Racetrack.
