The Original Criteria

  1. At least one babe
  2. Poofy hair
  3. Torn clothing
  4. Cheesy keyboards
  5. At least one change of clothing
  6. Stage effects (smoke, lasers, etc.) or visual effects (artist jumping through a TV, disappearing, etc.)
  7. Wild instrumental or record scratch solo
  8. A storyline
  9. A cool car (although any kind of transportation is acceptable, like a plane or a car or a motorcycle)
  10. Sunglasses

  7. Wild Instrumental solo? Vinnie Vincent has a cool lead solo
  8. Storyline? Dude..the song is about "O" sex! heh

Kajagoogoo's, "Oh To Be Ah"
  1. Babes? Yeah. The blonde near the intro that Limahl was talking to on a *huge* cell phone
  2. Poofy Hair? Heck yeah! Limahl, Stuart, Jez, everyone
  3. Torn Clothing? Jez is wearing torn clothing
  4. Cheesy Keyboards? Yeah, you see the keyboardist (Stuart) playing a set of PPGs throughout the video---with cowboy boots.
  5. At Least One Change of Clothing? Limahl changes from a white suit to his outfit from Too Shy
  6. Stage Effects? Split Screens! Limahl dances on one half (with orange lighting), Stuart dances with his keybaords on the other. Slide Effects, cartoon bubbles appear above peoples heads when they talk. When Nick Beggs runs into a lamp,a big cartoon explosion thingie appears.
  7. Wild Instrumental solo? Limahls "Oh to be ah" yelling while the keyboard is making all kinds of beeping noises.
  8. Storyline? Starts out with riding along talking with people, then meeting up with Glam girls as they talk about Fashion
  9. Cool Automobile? Several Mercedes cars and a few European thinges. Limahl rides in the back of a limo (or is tossed there by a hot chick)
  10. Sunglasses? Nick Beggs and this guy talking to Nick beggs wear the thick, black, wayfearer shades. Classic!

Kajagoogoo's, "Too Shy"
  1. Babes? Yep - The waitress who works in the night club.
  2. Poofy Hair? ALL the band members have big hair. Limahl's is bleached and spiked up.
  3. Torn Clothing? Of course! Limahl is wearing a torn up, yellow, t-shirt.
  4. Cheesy Keyboards? Yeah. They have a small black keyboard set.
  5. At Least One Change of Clothing? Dance floor dancers change clothing from different decades (40's -80's)
  6. Stage Effects? Bright lights, and smoke-like atmosphere.
  7. Wild Instrumental solo? Not in this music vid.
  8. Storyline? The band is giving one final performance in a small club, and the waitress who works there, is day dreaming about the lead singer, Limahl.
  9. Cool Automobile? Not in this music vid.
  10. Sunglasses? Yeah, a lot of people on the dance floor are wearing sunglasses.

  1. Babes? yeah the blonde psycho chick.
  2. Poofy Hair? Gene Simons and Paul Stanley
  3. Torn Clothing? yes on stage they had torn clothes on im sure.
  4. Cheesy Keyboards? the girl is sitting at a piano when she takes the picture and throws it against the wall.
  5. At Least One Change of Clothing? the girl starts out in a towel and ends up in a black dress.
  6. Stage Effects? when the porche gets blown up.
  7. Wild Instrumental solo? not really wild cuz its a power ballad but its a solo.
  8. Storyline? Psycho girl gets dumped by Paul so she blows up his car.
  9. Cool Automobile? the porche
  10. Sunglasses? this is the only one im not sure on.. but it seems like there is at some point.
